Year of Completion 2020
Situated in a one-of-a-kind Morris Adjmi building, we designed an oasis for indoor-outdoor living located in the heart of TriBeCa, New York. A 2,000 SF duplex condo set in the boutique building’s first two floors is truly a rare gem with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 luxury baths, and a private 655 SF garden patio accessed from a fabulous glass-enclosed great room. In collaboration with TW2M general contractors, we expanded the living room, added a ventless fireplace, custom millwork, new ceiling beams with integrated lighting-- as well as new cabinetry and stone in the sleek, gourmet kitchen and an expandable, ultra-functional custom kitchen island.
The piece de resistance is the generous private patio dubbed throughout the project as “The Oasis”. Completely re-done with porcelain plank tiles, which were intentionally matched to the interior’s heated six inch wide light oak. A high-tech fully functional Renson pergola with outdoor lighting, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, and a hidden projector for movies and TV, were all incorporated in our design for the ultimate outdoor experience.
